1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our lesson booking service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Our Service provides an online platform for booking and managing private lessons. This Service is provided by Agnieszka Dzierzak ("Teacher") using the LessonSlot platform.

The Service allows you to:

View available lesson times
Book and manage lessons
Purchase lesson packages
Receive booking confirmations and reminders
Sync lessons with your calendar

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Booking and Cancellation

4.1 Booking Lessons

Lesson bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email or notification.

4.2 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies are set by individual teachers. Please review the cancellation policy before booking. Generally:

Cancellations made with sufficient notice may be refunded or credited
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the lesson credit
Teachers may reschedule lessons due to unforeseen circumstances

4.3 Rescheduling

You may reschedule a lesson subject to availability and the teacher's rescheduling policy.

5. Payments and Refunds

5.1 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

5.2 Lesson Credits

Purchased lesson credits are valid for the period specified at the time of purchase. Unused credits may expire according to the terms of your lesson package.

5.3 Refunds

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the teacher directly for refund inquiries.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Impersonate any person or entity
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
Harass or abuse teachers or other users

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content, features, and functionality are owned by the platform operator and are protected by intellectual property laws. Lesson materials provided by teachers remain the property of the respective teachers.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Teacher operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
